Services and prices
Vehicle servicing and repairs: minor and major services, brakes, and the add-ons listed on the home page. Prices are samples per car size and include VAT. A written quote is given before work starts, and payment is on collection by card, tap or EFT.
Bookings, cancellations and complaints
Booking, quote, warranty and complaint terms are in our terms. There is no cooling-off period for a service already performed (section 44(1)(e)), and no fee to cancel a booking. Complaints go to the workshop first, on 021 000 3318.

Codes of conduct and dispute resolution
Disputes we cannot settle may be referred to the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa under the Automotive Industry Code of Conduct, or to the National Consumer Commission.
